If you’ve been following TeamSportz over the past year, you know of all of the amazing new features we’ve built along the way. The first recalled thought when people think about TeamSportz is the AI that tracks body movements, allowing you to do different exercises like push-ups, squats, planks, etc.
Up until now TeamSportz users have only been able to do exercises individually, in single sets - as in, do a set of sit-ups, and then you’re done. But we know many athletes hardly ever stop there and they want to go on to do multiple sets for a single exercise. So, we listened, and just released a feature giving users the ability to do multiple sets for a single exercise.
Now if you go to start an exercise, click ‘Customise’ before starting, so the power is in your hands on how many sets, reps and rest time in between sets you’d like for your workout. You’ll be breaking a sweat more than before….especially if you make yourself do 5 or more sets!
As always, you’ll be able to see your progress over time as we capture the important metrics from every exercise you do. Coaches and athletes alike have access to this performance data.
